The First GoI's CSC tender under
NeGP won by eGovServices
The Government of Jharkhand
has awarded Tender for 2,943 CSC's to eGovServices. The CSC's will
be deployed in rural Jharkhand and provide urban services to rural
areas. The Government of Jharkhand identifed eGovServices as one
of the few technical competent organizations globally to execute
the project.
eGovServices MoU with Microsoft to
roll out 500 IT enabled Saksham centers
eGovServices and Microsoft have joined hands
to realize the vision of the President of India, Shri A P J Abdul
Kalam, to Provide Urban Services to Rural Areas (PURA).
The initiative includes innovative
financial and business models that are relevant for rural India
and is aimed to also provide employment to the unemployed educated
rural citizens.

Channel Management for Delivery of G2C and B2C services
Unified Services IT stack
eGSL's Unified Services IT stack provides a unified Interface to deploy the G2C and B2C services over Internet. By virtue of its distributed design, Unified Services IT stack is effective in even the Rural and remote parts of the country. Unified Services IT stack integrates with the e-Cash facility offered by eGovServices for CSC's. Unified Services IT stack maintains the service levels and access mechanisms given the present
state of IT and Financial Infrastructure, legacy processes and ground level
socio-economic issues.
Unified Financial stack
eGSL's unified Financial stack comprises of e-Cash facility offered by eGovServices for Service Delivery Centers. With integration to the Unified Services IT stack and easy recharge features, Unified Financial stack enables the CSC's to deliver the services to the citizen in a convenient and reliable manner in rural areas and transfer of Service charges to Service providers in urban areas.
Front-end Support Services
Onsite Hardware Troubleshooting, Onsite Software Troubleshooting, Backend Financial reconciliation and Transaction reconciliation support enables Service Delivery Centers to offer sustainable operations.
